About this Practice
Gyan Mudra (gesture of wisdom) is formed by touching the tip of the index finger to the tip of the thumb while the remaining three fingers remain extended. It is the most widely practiced mudra in yogic and meditative traditions, symbolising the union of individual consciousness with universal awareness.
